P8P67-M-Pro and AI Suite 2 problems

Using AI Suite II 1.01.14 with P8P67-M-Pro brand new build.
BIOS is version 708.

Two issues, temp isnt accurate (?) and Auto Tune Level up not working.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software.

Auto tune level up shows me this, but when I check the BIOS or CPUID shows
my default speed. What am I missing, how does this work?
