I'm the one who submitted the 2nd picture on there. It's the ONLY one known to exist. I've hit a brick wall and can't document it any further. It essentially belongs in a videogame museum somewhere.

I'll take some better pics later. Has the original key, some minor scuffs. Was shown at Portland retro gaming expo.
