Was unable to find a local buyer for this machine, so I'll go ahead and part it out. I will take preference to those buying multiple items (e.g., mobo+cpu+ram).

Everything in full working condition. The components were used to build a "Hackintosh" for myself that I've used for a while now, but recently built a newer machine.

Here are all of the components with a rough estimate of what they are worth today according to average sale price on eBay:
