Well
went belly up on me
The Warranty was for 5 years
Started to smell smoke
and as we all know
Electronics runs on smoke
when da smoke comes out
ya gotta get new smoke put in:eek:
(TKMJ taught me that)
Well
It was 4 years 11 months
Filled out the rma page
got an RMA #
shipped it out April 30th
got it back 2 weeks later
Now your milage may vary
But
PC Power & Cooling is still top shelf in my book;)
 
well for me it sucks. I haven't heard back from them and I think they don't cross ship. So I'm stuck without a computer for some weeks for a product that should have arrived correct in the first place.

Maybe someone has experienced this issue. What happens is that you connect everything and the leds of the MB turn on, but the PSU won't turn on. Even if you short the green wire with ground.

Asus P6T Deluxe V2 is the mobo. 750W silencer is the PSU
 
They have had severe quality control issues with the 750 silencers. It also negates the good price you get when you have to send a DOA power supply fedex for $10 back to the mfr or retailer...
 
I had a 510 SLI die on me about two years ago. Since I happen to live about a mile from their headquarters, I just filled out the RMA form and dropped off the PSU there. They had it waiting at my front door just two days later. Pretty impressive!
 
yeah, and I don't know what the problem with mine is either because all it does is turn on the leds on the motherboard, it won't boot up or anything.
