Permenantly flashing 5850 to higher speeds?

I have an XFX XXX 5850 that has tested stable at 900\1175 with 1.125v and I was wondering if there was any way to dump my current BIOS, modify it with the new speeds\voltage, and then flash the card with the new BIOS?

I want to do this since the 3D detection using the MSI Afterburner software isn't the best and it also introduces flickering when it switches profiles, two things that don't happen at stock speeds.
