Playing the Dell panel lottery

I bought a dell u2414h recently and it has a few flaws, (debris under the screen, crosshatching, random white line flicker).

I know there are those that exchanged their monitors a few times to get a good one so I want to know whats the best way to go about this.

Should I file for a return and order another one or ask for an advance replacement since the panels are guaranteed? It says on the site that theres a 15% restocking fee which has me worried about doing a return but ive also read if you ask for an advanced replacement they send you a refurbished monitor which I don't want(if true).

How should I go about this?

If it's within 2 weeks to a month (forget the exact timing), they have to give you brand new replacements. If you're in early enough, go for it.

Or just keep going for it. You can do this forever.
