I bought a dell u2414h recently and it has a few flaws, (debris under the screen, crosshatching, random white line flicker).
I know there are those that exchanged their monitors a few times to get a good one so I want to know whats the best way to go about this.
Should I file for a return and order another one or ask for an advance replacement since the panels are guaranteed? It says on the site that theres a 15% restocking fee which has me worried about doing a return but ive also read if you ask for an advanced replacement they send you a refurbished monitor which I don't want(if true).
