Possible Input Lag?

I've just assembled a new system with the following specs:

Asus M2NBP-CSM (integrated Quadro NVS210)
Sempron 2800+
1Gb DDR 667
74GB Raptor
Int lan/audio ect

Now I have 2 lcd's hooked up to the system, connected to the DVI port is my Acer 1751
on the vga port I have an Acer 1715. I'm using the nview setup "dual view" On the 1751 monitor the mouse seems to be "slow" or studdering when i move it around the screen, once the mouse moves to the 1715 lcd, the studdering goes away.

I'm using a wireless USB KB+Mouse that i've never had any problems with.

Any ideas
