So I'm very short on PCI-E and molex cables for my SLI 460s. FrozenCPU sells PCI-E cable splitters, 1 to 2. Is it possible to run a 460 with a single dedicated PCI-E cable from the PSU split into two? Thanks!

As long as the rail it's going to be on can support it, I think you'll be ok.
It isn't ideal, but the 460 isn't that power hungry.

Yes, it's possible. A single PCI-E connector is capable of safely handling well over 75W of power, regardless of the actual specification.
