Power Supply Question for ATI 9600XT

I currently have a Dell Dimension 4500 P4 1.8 GHz with 768MB of RAM (266 MHz). The power supply is 250W. The computer has one hard drive, one dvd drive, and one cd-r drive. I want to know if my power supply is large enough to handle the ATI Radeon 9600XT. My current card is a GeForce4 MX 420, so I really need an upgrade.
