Hi all,
Just reading through about RAM and all the "what to buy threads".
A quick search at newegg for 1GB (2x512MB) PC4200 returns results for Corsair Value Select ($200), Kingston Hyper X ($280), and Corsair XMS2 ($380), with no real visible differences. CAS latency is reported as 4, 3-3-3-10 and 3-3-3-8, but I didn't find anything in the Memory FAQ about what that means.
What makes the HyperX and XMS more expensive?
