Gah! I was moving my tower to plug a microphone in and the audio cable got yanked out of its port. Ever since, I've been getting zero sound out of my computer. The speakers work fine, so I'm guessing it's that one audio port on my motherboard.

Any ideas? It's an Asus P5K, if that helps...

sounds like you are correct. the port is probably busted. You could use the front-panel audio header on the motherboard and either plug your speakers into the headphone jack on the front of your comp or get crafty and make an adapter so you could plg your speakers in that way. The pins should be labled on the mobo or in the manual.
Or you could use the mobo's spdif (digital audio) out or get a cheap sound card.
