problem running 3d games

I'm having a problem running games lately... I will be able to play some for 30 min while others for 10 minutes and then I get a blue screen of death with an IRQ error.

system: P4 [email protected]
IC7-G
2gb (4x512) corsair XMS
HIS iceq3 3850 512 AGP

games the problem has happened on:

1. Mass effect (worst one, generally happens within 10 min)
2. crysis
3. the sims 2
4. bioshock

those are the only ones i've been playing lately.

any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

heats not the problem, I'm running a scythe ninja with an extra wide 120mm panaflo blowing directly over it, temps don't get above 35C at idle or 45C at load. my video card is pretty new, it seems like there is some kind of IRQ conflict. all I have installed is my vid card and a 56k modem ( I actually connect through my pocketPC so I should probably take that out)

When I try to add another PCI card, my OS won't see it unless i take out the previous one.
