Problem with 7900GT Vmod

Ok, I did the conductive pen mod for the gpu to 1.5 and the pencil mod for ram. I've OC to 650/1900. It worked for 6-9 hours of playing Battlefield 2. After I finished the game, I try to go to ATItool to lower the clock, cause I notice some slight artifact. But the screen started to flash as if it's trying to change resolution. I have to restart and boot the computer on stock speed. If I try to change the clock or even click on "Detect optimal clock" it will start flashing again. I even try redoing the mod, and the same happened after a while.

Is yours an eVGA? how long have you had it?

eVGA 7900gt cards have been doing this after a few days/weeks of having them all of a sudden. People with non-modded/stock 7900 gt's have been experiencing this as well so it might not be the result of your modding, but could be till we know more :)
 
Yeah, It's an EVGA 7900GT CO. The thing is if I erase the mod, the problem will go away.
