Problem with Polk R-15

The bubble thing on the face of my speaker is "imploded"

Is this a problem? Can i suction it back out with a vaccum?

yes you should be able to i do it all the time but we have a dison and it has amazing suction

You could give it the old mouth to mouth (or mouth to tweeter) and suck like your making love.

Suck it...hard. Preferably with a vaccuum.

You can push it back into shape from behind. That is if you wanted to, you would need to take it apart to remove the cone/voice coil assembly to push it back. If its a good quality driver, one should be able to do so with little to no tools to break the whole driver down to its individual parts.
