Well I have an interesting problem that I hope you folks can help me out with. I upgraded a friend's processor a few weeks ago and he said that his old PVR-150 wasn't being recognized in Vista's Media Center. So I thought I just didn't have it seated right or something but I told him he needed a new one anyways. So he ordered a HVR-1800 that got here today and I wiped the old drivers off using Hauppage's app, and installed the new card and driver installation went smoothly after the found new hardware came up, etc. etc. But when I get into Media Center it's not recognizing that there is a tuner installed, do you guys think I should do a in place repair installation? Have any of you run into a similar problem after a processor upgrade? Thanks in advance.
