Program to create new folder and subfolders?

Looking for a small program that will create a new folder in a specified location with a user input name and then a bunch of standard subfolders underneath that new folder. Does anything like this exist?

Yep, have it execute on log in, if folders exist, don't execute.

Is this for projects or something?

There's an OSX utility that does this for web projects. It creates a folder structure that you specify, copies in your own templates and downloads the latest jQuery/CodeIgnitor/whatever for you.

You could very easily do this with any scripting language.
