I have a Plone-based site and I am trying to get programs off of Plone's site for my own Plone site. I can't get the files into the portal_quickinstaller folder safely! 
When I tried to put the file (a theme) into the folder, I got completely locked out of the folder. Luckilly, I don't have the locked folder problem anymore. Can anyone help??
