Programs the automatically eject the tray after install...

So yesterday I was reinstalling some applications onto my machine since moving to Vista recently and the last one I installed automatically ejected my drive after it finished. Since the computer is on the floor between where I sit and the door, unbeknownst to me on my way out, I convenient boot the open drive tray with my shin leaving a pretty nasty gash just below the knee and also taking the entire tray with it.

As I sit here now, I think that's pretty funny and thought I'd share my misadventure with you folks. Anyone want to buy a DVD-RW w/ no drive tray?
