My Thermaltake 420 watt finally kicked the bucket. I've got the following components that are in need of some power:

Athlon64 3700+ Clawhammer
Ati X800 Pro AGP
2x 7200rpm hard drives
1x DVD+/-RW
1x 8cm fan

Now obviously I want to get something that will power this, but really on this setup I could get by with a 350-400 watt as long as it was made well. However, I don't plan on using these components forever. I'd like to have the flexibility to upgrade to an overclocked x2 processor or conroe, as well as a 7900GT.

So what power supply would you guys recommend? I'd love to keep this around $50, but if that won't get me something with room to grow it doesn't make sense to get something that will just end up needing replaced in a few months. I've been eyeing that Xclio since it's about $40, but I'm worried that it will be only barely adequate after an upgrade.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
