PSU's From ATNG POWER CO LTD

Ok I just got a RMA'ed Rosewill back brand new i went to
http://database.ul.com/cgi-bin/XYV/template/LISEXT/1FRAME/gfilenbr.html
that site to put in the UL file number which is E186010 and i got the manufacture as ATNG POWER CO LTD

but im new and I have never heard of these people before so i was wondering what quality of psu can i expect from this? if any haha my Original Rosewill PSU lasted for around 2 years before it crapped out one random week....

I am using an antec Earthwatts 500 and plan on using this one as a backup but I was just wondering about the company in general if anyone has any insight

ATNG do make solid power supplies but not too sure about the quality of their low-end made units like the Rosewill.

oh i see, well its probably fine for normal builds and nothing extravagant. hopefully the quality is as good as the high-end ones
