Push Windows Update to clients?

I have a Win2003 SBS server. Is it possible to push all the windows updates to the client PCs automatically? Or is it possible for the server to download needed windows updates and then the clients download from that as opposed to them having to connect to windowsupdate.microsoft.com all the time?

Note that SUS will only distribute critical updates.

How can you distribute all other updates? Or do you have to do it manually?

Download individual updates, extract them to a share, run the update exe on clients via shutdown (or start-up) script. The update will apply all patches in the folder that have not been applied (this is true for most updates, but it's best to check the update info).

I group them in subfolders, and make the script write a value in registery for which updates have been applied, so that it doesn't run more then neccessary...

+ I use the SUS for critical updates...
