This is the same processor as in the Smach Z handheld, but no indication if it is configured for the full 35w or is reduced. The diagram does indicate some sort of very low profile heatsink/fan assembly similar to in laptops that is covering the APU.

They are excavator cores according AMD.

I used to buy these QNAP gizmos ... they were pretty cool I guess. Then I discovered FreeNAS! Game over for you Qnap!

I think it is cool that they are going to AMD chips though. Send some more profit to AMD to put into the Zen team even refining it more.
