Quad Monitor Setup

I just wanted to confirm this before I purchase a PCI video card. I have 4 monitors total. 3 of the 4 are running on 1 pc. The 3rd monitor I have it connected via a USB video adaptor. If I buy a PCI video card, I should be able to run the 2 displays off of this video card right? The other 2 monitors are running off my 8800GT PCI-E video card. I only have 1 x PCI-E slot.
