question about 22in's for pc/ ps3

yo first post here...

i have been reading up on 22in's here, i want one for my pc secondary, and i want it to be ps3 compatible (i already have hdmi to dvi cable)




so far i have not found any 22in that will scale 16:9 to largest possible and maintain the aspect (black bars)

is this correct??

it seems the 2007 dell works ok with ps3 so i might go with that if i dont find a 22
