Question about Hot-Keys for profiles in the GeForce control panel

I have set up profiles through the NVidia control panel for my two output displays (Samsung 2253 monitor @ 1680x1050, Connected through DVI) and my television (Sony 42" LCD @ 12890x768, connected through a VGA cable). The profiles are TV: Cloned display with the Sony TV as the primary, and Desktop: Single Display on the Samsung monitor.

My question is: Can you set up a hot key to easily switch the display modes between the two profiles? eg ctrl-alt-T for TV mode and ctrl-alt-D for the Desktop profile.
