I already bought the S1, but I need to buy some sinks for the VRMs. I'm planning to buy a set of EnzoTech BCC9 low profile copper sinks: http://www.enzotechnology.com/bcc9.htm

So basically, I will have 16 sinks in total (8 aluminum from the S1 and 8 copper from the EnzoTech). My question is, which combination should I use?

1. Use all 8 EnzoTech copper sinks on the memory and use 4 S1 aluminum sinks on the VRMs.

2. Use all 8 S1 aluminum sinks on the memory and use 4 EnzoTech copper sinks on the VRMs.

I'm thinking 1, but I am not sure to be honest. Which would be hotter during load? The VRMs or the memory? I will use copper on the hotter ones

Thanks.

Not sure on the schematics of the card, but i would likely try and use aluminum on the sinks closests to any significant airflow and copper where there isnt as much airflow since it tranfers heat better. I dont think copper vs aluminum will make a huge performance difference for the ram though.
