Im getting close to buying this HDTV for use as a monitor for my gaming PC as well as XBOX 360 and PS3 duty.
I will be going away for work over the winter months and plan on purchasing the Samsung for my away from home location which means I will not have any other monitors available.
My question is can I use the LN32A650 as a computer monitor during a Windows reformat? In other words do the video card drivers have to be installed on the machine for the machine to recognize the HDTV?
I see that the LN32A650 has a VGA/PC connection. Would the procedure be to connect the PC to the LN32A650 via the VGA connection first and then after the drivers are installed shut the PC down and reconnect using the HDMI?
The video card Im using in the PC is an EVGA Nvidia GTX 280.
