Quick PHP question

Alright I finally got all my mods installed that I wanted to do... but I have a small problem... on the main Forum page I can't get the users who have visited the site to be in the next cell like the others... no matter what i've done it doesn't move.. any ideas?

the html code seems right but for some reason it bunch's it into that cell.
