Quiet AMx cooler for v351

So my server now resides in a v351 & its bloody hell loud. I am replacing all the fans in it as I need to quiet this guy down.

Basically I need to know a good budget cooler that is quiet.. CPU is a Phenom 9150e 65w so its not a hot bugger by any means. But the stock cooler is loud. So what would a good inexpensive cooler be to quiet this sucker down.

And whats the maximum Heigth. I have a ZeroTherm BTF90 in my main rig that has to be replaced right here directly due to size issues. So if it will fit that would be perfect.

Also if anyone has anything used I am open to suggestions.
 
Max height for cpu cooler in the v-351 is around 112-115mm.

No idea about AMx though, I'm afraid to say. I'm running a Noctua Nhu9b-se on my 1055t at 3.8ghz with decent results. Does AMx support the same mounting system as am2+/am3?
 
AMx = AM2/AM3

Even though it's only 2 heatpipes it's complete overkill for a 65W non-overclocked chip I can assure you :) it was quieter than the PSU when I deployed it in an HTPC build for a friend.
