Real Time Backup software

I am looking for a software package that supports OS X for real-time databackup. When the user modifies a file in a watched folder it needs to be moved to the server and the software handles filenames that are illegal for Windows.

Server must ran on Windows 2003. Client software must be available for Windows and OS X. Software must perform "real time" backup.

Any suggestions?

I think the only one that will do EVERYTHING you want is Retrospect (last link), but, its about 700 bucks. Windnows machines to a windnows server already have built in support for syncronization, if they are running in a domain. Or, you can just use rsync via command line for both windows/osx.. :D

I use MirrorFolder for my windows machine to sync with my linux fileserver via a share and I use Syncback on my windows servers to sync to backup fileservers. You can find all sorts of stuff out there by looking, just depends on how much you want to spend.

Damn I forgot all about Retrospect. I found a 7 year old copy around work and it didn't have the features so I eliminated it from my search

However, it seems the best fit if I order the Multiple Server edition under the business section, so unless there are any direct recommendations it looks like the best fit for my needs.

Thanks for the help
