I want to replace my Dell P2414H which is a good monitor but has grainy AG coating. My requirements are:

  • 1920x1080
  • Light AG coating
  • A stand that can go in portrait mode.

I don't mind either 23" or 24", although I would prefer 23".

The Eizo EV2336 is the only PWM free, semi-glossy 1080p IPS/PLS with a height adjustable stand. Currently only PRAD has reviewed it (use Google or Chrome to translate):

I've owned IPS which use the same coating as the Dell as well as PLS which use the same semi-glossy coating as the EV2336 which is lighter.

Dcode posted some EV2336 impressions here:

The HP Z24i (may have cross-hatching issues) and overpriced Samsung S24A850D (light bleeding issues) are the only affordable PWM free, semi-glossy 24."
