Recommend Syslog Server

What have ~20 windows servers, a couple VMware servers, ~10 switches/routers, and some small stuff

They each put out syslogs. I'd like a central interface to monitor them and preferably, throw me an email or something and flag the interface when something bad happens.

What software would you recommend for this? Open source would be nice.

+1 for this suggestion, I tried almost exactly what you are attempting to do about a year ago, and tried to use the regular syslog in linux and windows program that would forward event viewer logs to the linux system......it took forever and didn't work nearly as nice as kiwi.
