recommendations on a good fan controller/thermal monitor?

I'm in the market for a fan controller/thermal monitor that is:

a) Not ugly as sin
2) BLACK
c) has knobs for controlling the fan speeds

Anybody got any suggestions that meet those criteria? seen any good reviews?

the Vantec Nexus is nice, it has knobs, is black, and it comes in 5.25" and 3.5"

I have the black 3.5". It can go 7V-12V, really helps me quiet my system because i have to sleep in the same room. It doen't monitor temperatures though.

Same here, and I love it. I'm even getting one for my next computer build.
