registry dialog box appears everytime Windows boots up

Does anyone know how to get rid of this dialog box? It keeps on showing everytime I boot into Windows. It just started happening today and it's getting annoying. I don't want to reformat

This is for Windows XP Pro

Run msconfig and see if you have any rougue entries in your startup list.

Just checked and I don't see any. Any other ideas on how to get rid of it?

Update:

I ran msconfig and stopped CFTMON from starting up and the dialog box went away. So everything's all good now. Thanks.
