Hi all,

I just ordered some new parts for my computer (Gigabyte GA-EP35 DS3L mobo, E8400 c2d, 9600 GT video card, and 2 gigs of ram) and I was wondering if there were going to be any install problems/conflicts that I haven't forseen yet. My current setup is in my sig... as far as my knowledge goes, I think I should be fine as long as I install the new mobo drivers before putting the new parts in. Is that right?

edit: one other thing, am I going to have any conflicts with my other parts? Specifically I'm thinking the PSU and the hard drives...

There shouldnt be a compatability issue with the PSU and hard drive..but when replacing that many parts (expecially the mobo) it is always a good idea to format and reinstall the OS.

^^^Agreed, you are inviting a host of unforeseen problems and headaches by trying to make your current OS install work with the new motherboard. Copy off your data to another disk and do a clean install of the OS.
