Retro/stylish headphones for all kinds of music

Hey all remember back in the day when we used to have those casette tape players that came with headphones with the metal band? Now I just wanted to know if they still have those, but with some style? I listen to trance (tiesto etc), electronic (daft), hiphop (kanye etc), r&b, classical so what headphones are right for me and my laptop setup? Some bass and closed is good.

I immediately thought of the PX100's while I was reading your post but then you said closed at the end. The PX200's are the closed counterpart of the PX100's, but I've never heard them before, so...

If you want retro/stylish cans and are worried about size then you might be asking too much. All I can say is maybe try some Grado's, but I don't think they have any closed versions.

do all ATH sound the same? i mean like yea of course cheap ones dont sound like more expensive ones but are the sound signatures the same across the brand??
