Okay i just sold some ram earlier today.

Before i send it off i tested the Ram with memtest on my computer and it passed it with flying colors.
Then i send it off, buyers receives it and now states that one of the memory doesn't pass memtest and he wants full refund.

This is my first time this happening. So i am new to returns

I am willing to do refund, though it kind of hurts, BUT what if i get it back and it passes memtest perfectly fine on my computer again ?
Also do i wait for the item to come back before I issue refund ?

I would ask him to send it back first before issuing a refund. I wouldn't try to test it again, it may fail because of errors on the buyers mobo. just give him his refund, and don't argue further. Just make sure he ships first.

Thats kinda harsh isnt it ?
DONT ARGUE FURTHER (What the heck is that suppose to mean ?)
I was just asking since i never encountered this before.

But nevermind its solved
