RMA Question

Im about to RMA my Videocard next week and was wondering what I would send to PNY. Do I send the entire retail box with reciepe or something, or just the card?

Anyone ever done this before?

Just the card by itself, packaged well. They should have had a disclaimer telling you NOT to send anything else...because you won't get it back.

Send it in an anti-static bag packaged well or they might refuse it. If you send the other stuff in besides the video card then you can kiss it good-bye. Also, be sure to write the RMA number on all sides of the box.
