Routing through anotehr IP address

I don't know if I am using the correct words here, but what I'm asking about is:

My friend and I have both internet conenctions. Is there any way I can make all my send/recieved data pass through his computer before leaving/reaching mine?
Please note that I'm not talking about physically connecting both PCs, but about making a conenction between both PCs though IPs and proxies or something like that..
