Running a 133mhz memory divider causes no POST?

Ive managed to get a shitty winchester 3000+ to 2.29ghz, Since I am runnin some VS Corsair, I need to lower the ram divider to get a higher FSB. When I do this my display will not come on, and I have to reset the CMOS. Any ideas?

its because it stoled the megahurtz from teh video card!
