Sabertooth P67 S3 USB Power & Wake By KB/Mouse?

I normally hate starting threads like these but after over 2 hours of googling I have come up with nothing but abandoned threads and no answers.

For the few lucky sabertooth p67 owners who have sleep mode functioning, are you able to wake the computer using a key press/mouse click? Do any of your USB ports retain power output after going into sleep mode?
 
Magically fixed itself out of nowhere. I changed nothing. 6+ months of trying to get this working, randomly starts working. I legitimately gave my computer the finger.
 
What are you bios settings. Did you update to 1904? What else are you doing?
