with 2GB prices through the roof, I got some 512x2 sticks for $110..
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80061-2

I got them Newegg though when they were on sale.

Anyways, So far they were stable running 5-5-5-15 900Mhz on 2.15V (memtest for like 3 hours)

I wanna tighten the timings up bit but that means i gotta feed it more VOlts, what is safe for these sticks? They are rated at 2.2 but how high can i go?

Thanks

you should be able to go a lot higher on the mhz with those timings..

look at the little white sticker. does it end in .8FD?

Yes the number from the static packing is BL6464AA663.8FD as well as on the little stickers.

what does that mean?

that you have revD chips.. probably D9GMH or something similar.

with a fan, around 2.4v should be safe

DDR-900 is 8-Hour orthos stable at 2.25V and 4-4-4-12 timings.

Thanks

you should be able to do a bit better. my 2x1gb ballistix that also has revD chips can do >500mhz with 2.2v and the same timings. keep working at it :D
