Safe to post PDF with e-mail in it?

Howdy - I'd like to post my resume on my website. My resume is in the PDF format, naturally. I would ideally like to include my e-mail address on my resume. However, is there any way to do that without making me completely open to spam bots? I have my e-mail address posted on my website by using a script from www.spamstop.org. However, the way I generate PDFs is with PDF995 printing from MS Word - so I doubt I can find a script that can be easily added to that...

Any suggestions?

If it is in the pdf format on your site dont worry about it.

The spam bots crawl the visible HTML and standard text on sites, not in documents usually.
