is 2.1volt considered safe?

upto what increment (from default 1.8v) is considered safe by the community? assuming normal casing cooling . no crazy fans and heatspreaders
 
2.1V is totally safe, no worries there. I've feed my HZ g.skills 2.65Vdimm already
