Originally $459.99 after $40 price drop but is $449.99 after mail-in rebate.

I'm not sure if that's a good deal but that's a pretty nice price after the price drop especially with free shipping.

It's good until April 30th.

You're looking at anywhere between 1.5 to 4 times faster than a Radeon 6850 depending on the game, resolution and in-game settings.

Not really, it has been combo'd with a ton of ATI cards for a bit now. My 6870 purchased last year came with a copy.
