SATA CARDs

I am looking to go crazy on mass storage... I have lots now but its full up

Looking to buy a few of these:

and I need a SATA card that will work.

think two [H]DDs for now and later would like to add two more (total of 4 [H]DDs)

Looking for a PCI sata card that will work with that drive, at least internal 2 ports, 4 would be nice.

It is going into my server that is full of drives and has no open Sata ports

Oh and I have searched... I just dont think I am looking in the right place, all the cards that use PCI at newegg say 136GB is max or something, kinda confused.

Well that's a 3.0Gbps controller ... you can get a 1.5Gbps controller for less ... SYBA SD-SATA-4P PCI SATA Controller Card - Retail

You only plan on using the drives as seperate drives and not RAID correct?

Or this, even. Sata 1.5 versus 3.0 won't cause any slowdown; the drives (and possibly the PCI bus) are the limiting factor in this case.

These drives are going in a server I have, just a weak little monster P3 1ghz 768Mb RAM, tons of HDDs... want to replace them all but one with these 500Gbsx2 should be enough for now,.. I just know the i need lots more space

so ya the 1.5GBs controller will work and be tons fast enough

Im upgrading to Wireless-N/GigaLan soon too
