Scrolling With the nub?

Hey all, i have a dell d600 laptop... it has a little blue nub and a reg trackpad w/o a scroller on the sides... i was wondering if there is an ap out there that turns the little blue nub into a window scroller or any way i can put a scrolling thing on the side of the track pad... any help would be appriciated....
