SDHC Class 6 or above for Canon Vixia HF R10?

The short story is... I just bought this cam. Yeah, I know it doesn't do 100% true 1080p, so let's just skip that.

I want to get myself a 32gig SDHC card that's Class 6 or above, but I don't want to get something that doesn't work. For instance, apparently the Vixias don't like Transcend cards.

Also, I don't want to sell off my son to have to buy this card.

What do you guys recommend?

Sandisk, Lexar or Profast GMonster come to mind. Just get something in the range of 400-600x....

For what it's worth, I got a Microcenter branded Class10 32gb card for $55, and it cannot handle 1080p on my SLR, which claims it only requires a class6. My class10 4GB works fine though...

That's exactly what I'm afraid of. I don't want to just buy anything and have it not work.

I might give a Lexar card a try.

Well, I bought your second suggestion. The wife even went "Why's that one so expensive?" and I didn't have the heart to tell her that was the cheap one. LOL
