I wouldn't call this a great deal,

They have the Maxline 500gb for 139 shipped at frys.com
WD 500 for 138 shipped at zipzoomfly
 
And the Seagate will stomp the hell out of both of those in reliability and speed.

Good deal, although it should be noted that the 500GB version of the 7200.10 is notably louder than the other sizes for some reason.
 
I picked up 2 of these the last time around.........very nice--very fast--a little loud but no more than the Raptor:)
 
Quiet and reliable drives, great dollar/GB ratio, and a 5 year mfg warranty ... sweet!
