Second Roccat XTD DOA......Or could it be me?

Ok bought both from two different BestBuy.

No lights will come on the mouse. Windows detects the mouse.

The ports are fine. Other devices connect just fine to those same ports. Rebooted. Tried to flash the firmware and it will fail.


Anyone else have any other ideas I havent thought of? I cant imagine 2 mice coming DOA.
 
UPDATE For anyone else facing this issue. Install the drivers BEFORE plugging in the mouse. Worked for me anyways.
